When you send your ECU as send it recorded for you own protection, don't worry about return post (we sort that).
Our standard turnaround time is 1-2 days from date of receipt.
When sending your ECU we need :-
Your Name, Contact number/s land-line & mobile if possible
Vehicle Symptoms with any diagnostic reports or if anyone has condemned ECU, the more information we receive with the ECU or module the quicker we can locate the fault within.

We happily accept modules from overseas please arrange this service by email on our <contact page>. We are unable to accept parcels from overseas using UPS, all other couriers are fine.
